Receiving credit card numbers through shopping cart

We have recently added a dedicated IP and SSl certificate to our website blanketstoo.com but the credit card numbers still do not show completely in the emails we receive when an order is given. We chose offline credit card transactions when we set up the website.
Instead we receive a message "For security purposes the other half of the customers card number is stored in the invoice section of your admin panel." However we can not locate the admin panel. Is it with our hosting service or the soholaunch admin panel. If with soholaunch how do we go there and if we need a username and password where do we sign up?
