Cannot add products or delete from pages

I have been trying to get help with this for 3 weeks and cannot seem to get an answer with a trouble ticket. I am trying here as a last resort before I throw Soholaunch into the trash can. My site is built and I need to add new products. When I try, by pulling the "shopping" tab down onto the page, it just pops back up and does nothing. Will not bring up the list of products. Same thing with Delete. It just pops back up without deleting.

This only happens on the bottom half of the page (which is where I need to add new products). It works fine if I drag shopping or delete to the top items (squares). This has only started since I downloaded and installed the new update. Can someone please tell me how to fix this problem or else how to return back to the program before the update?

Hi Dresswell - wondering if you figured out what was causing this?

My customer is having a similar problem. Version v4.9.3 r29. It will not let you drop the shopping cart icon onto page in Page Editor. Also it is not letting you scroll all the way down to bottom of page to get to all previously dropped products and text.

I would try updating to latest version, but I don't see in changelog where anything like this was addressed in updates since r29.....

This is usaly caused by html being put in the text editer.
Or
Having something other than letters and #s in the page name.
